ON THE INCOME PAID ON THE SECURITIES OF THE ISSUER AND ON OTHERS

PAYMENTS DUE TO OWNERS OF THE ISSUER’S SECURITIES

1. General information

Type, category (class), series (if any) and other identifying attributes of the equity securities of the issuer specified in the resolution on the issue of securities for which income has been paid and (or) other payments were made due to their owners: certified not convertible interest bearingbearer exchangeable bonds, series BO-23under compulsory centralized custody (hereafter
   “Obligations”).
2. Securities issue registration number (additional issue) and date of its transfer: 4В02-22- 00028-АAugust 10, 2011.
   International Securities Identification Number (ISIN): RU000A0ZZET0.
3. Category of payments on the securities of the issuer and (or) other payments due to the owners of the securities of the issuer (dividends on shares; interest (coupon yield) on bonds; nominal value (part of the nominal value) of the bonds ; other payments): coupon yield on bonds.
4. Reporting (coupon) period (year, 3, 6, 9 months of the year; another period; start and end dates of the coupon period) for which income on the issuer’s securities was paid : sevenand coupon period. Coupon period start date: July 27, 2021.
