Frankfurt, March 10, 2022. Investment bank Pareto Securities advised Karin Sartorius-Herbst through its Frankfurt office on increasing her shares in the community of heirs of Horst Walter Sartorius to other members of the Sartorius family . Karin Sartorius-Herbst is the eldest daughter of the late Horst Walter Sartorius and has been a member of the Sartorius community of heirs since its establishment in 1998. The community of heirs holds a total of 50.09% of the ordinary shares of Sartorius AG.
