Lee, II has been appointed ad litem attorney to represent all unknown heirs, including following: unknown heirs of Joanna Matthews Pastore; Helen D. Lally, or in case of death, the unknown heirs of Helen D. Lally; Virginia F. Stern, or if deceased, the unknown heirs of Virginia F. The property that the State of Texas has requested to condemn is the property description for Parcel 241 with the following: being a 0.2328 acre (10,142 square feet) parcel of land within a 5 acre parcel of land located in the George Tennille Survey, Abstract No. 131, Brazoria County, Texas; said 5 acre parcel is the same parcel of land described in the Deed of Bordages Co., filed August 12, 1993 and recorded in Brazoria County Clerks File No. 93-028799, County of Brazoria, Texas, said 5 acre parcel is the whole of Lot 9 according to “Exhibit A” in the WT Williams score filed July 8, 1907 and recorded in volume 74, page 254, Deed Records of Brazoria County, Texas, a stated that the 0.2328 acre parcel is described by meters and boundaries as follows: COMMENCING at a 2 inch iron pipe found at the northwest corner of said Williams partition, being a re-entrant corner of that certain tract of land referred to as 1,135.2296 acres described in John W.
